CBMS Security 01
This course is intended for CBMS Security Administrators only. The goal of the CBMS Security 01 course is to provide security administrators with the basic knowledge needed to perform security related functions in CBMS.
Prerequisite: A CDHS Employee User Access form must be submitted by your hiring manager (for county staff) or state security individual (for state staff) through the OIT-CDHS web page (http://oit.cdhs.state.co.us) requesting your security admin access before attending this course. In addition, request access to the Security (Administrators Only) link on the CDHS portal.
Client ID State ID Research
This course explains the Client ID and State ID assignment process and provides users with the essential knowledge and skills needed to successfully search for existing Client IDs and State IDs in order to eliminate the creation of duplicate Client IDs and State IDs.

PEAK Inbox RRR
This training describes the procedure for accessing and processing Redetermination/Recertification (RRR) entries that originate from the PEAK website, which are then routed to the county PEAK Inbox in CBMS. Viewers will be introduced to the PEAK Inbox Search page, terminology, and the PEAK pages used to process RRRs.
Service Desk Self Service
The Service Desk Self Service guide presents the self service features and processes in the Service Desk Self Service On Demand site. After viewing this presentation users will effectively manage their Service Desk interactions online. Individuals will learn how to efficiently navigate and use the many features the site offers. Tips and steps to complete tasks within the Self Service On Demand site are included.
Single Streamlined Application (SSAp) 101
This Web-Based Training (WBT) will ensure participants have a basic understanding of the Single Streamlined Application (SSAp). It will guide individuals through the SSAp, assisting those who work with the SSAp and Medical Assistance applicants by providing them with an understanding of how to help applicants fill out the application in order to receive the most efficient eligibility determination possible. It will also answer common questions about the SSAp and provide individuals with tools to assist their clients with the application.
Training Foundations – Tier 2
This course will prepare staff to train Building Foundations. During this course, participants will receive instruction regarding the logistics of preparing for and facilitating the training. Next, participants will consider and discuss the guiding principles that informed the development of Building Foundations. Participants will also observe and practice techniques for facilitating activities. Finally, participants will gain strategies for managing some of the challenging aspects of training Building Foundation. Prerequisite: Building Foundations
Your Road To Resources
This self-directed web-based training is designed to introduce health care and economic security professionals to the CDHS Portal, CDHS website, and the HCPF website. The presentation will prepare learners to use resources provided by the State and Program Areas to locate accurate information needed to perform their jobs well.
